Guidelines
The Commissioner is required to publish Guidelines under section 47 of the Public Interest Disclosure Act:
- Guideline on handling disclosures made within the public body
- Guideline on Investigations
- Guideline for public bodies on protecting disclosers
No official Guidelines have been published to date. However, we do offer guidance for public bodies .
Annual Reports
The Commissioner is required to prepare an Annual Report each September, with the first report to be issued in 2010.
